Managed Services involves BGI Technical Services assuming full responsibility for operating a specific customer function on an ongoing basis.
This relationship is primarily an outsourcing of one or more aspects of a client’s  business.

This service can be modified to fit any outsourcing/surge capacity task. Surge Capacity meaning, a group looking to use an outside service, while manpower requirements are spiked or ongoing.
