Duties
& Responsibilities:
Plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing
processes in an industrial plant by performing the following:
Design, development, analysis and documentation of complex
mechanical test systems for use in high volume production MTE.
Qualifications:
- Minimum
5 years experience in MTE design and development
- Proficiency
in Pro/Engineer Wildfire
- Working Knowledge of GD&T
per ASME Y14.5M-1994 standard.
- High
volume experience preferred
- Experience
with RF shielding and enclosure design.
- Ability
to perform thermal, stress, shock and vibration analysis
- Experience
in prototype development
- Able
to design and select sensors, latches, clamps, and linkages.
- Excellent
communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability
to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel.
- Able
to work in a fast-pace, rapidly changing environment.
- Able
to multi-task, work on multiple projects.

Drafter,
Pro/Engineer

Designer, CATIA V5, Pro/e, AutoCAD
Contract
position
6 months plus
Location: Everett, WA
Utilizes CAD software to produce engineering
drawings. Specifies component parameters, selects materials and
designs parts to be used for aircraft modifications. Researches
existing Aircraft configurations.
Minimum requirements include knowledge of
aerospace industry materials, parts, and processes. Knowledge and
competency in operating CAD software CATIA V5, Pro/e, or AutoCAD.
Experience, Education and Skills Required:
A minimum of 4 years aircraft interiors or
structures experience.
Minimum 5,000 hours of experience on CAD
software.
The following qualifications would be a big
plus:
Aerospace background in either structures or
interior design.
Strong background in aircraft interiors with
modifications and retrofit experience.
Design interior components along with the
secondary support structure required for the interior products.
Knowledge and experience in the engineering
and documentation required for the design, removal and
installation of Aircraft Galleys, Lavatories, Seats, and PSU.
